Job Title: Full Desk Recruiter

Job Overview: As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing both the business development aspects and the fulfillment of recruiting services. This role requires a blend of sales skills to generate new business opportunities and recruiting expertise to deliver high-quality talent to clients. You will be the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  1. Collaborate with clients to develop recruitment strategies and job descriptions that attract top talent.
  1. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  1. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Recruitment Fulfillment:

  1. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  1. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  1. Present qualified candidates to clients, providing thorough assessments and recommendations.
  1. Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, managing communication and feedback throughout the process.
  1. Facilitate job offers, negotiate terms, and assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for successful candidates.
  1. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

Relationship Management:

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for both clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates, fostering trust and loyalty.
  1. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
  1. Proactively follow up with clients and candidates to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Certification in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • This role may require occasional travel to client sites or networking events.
  • Flexible hours may be necessary to accommodate client meetings and candidate interviews.
  • Work may be performed remotely or in an office environment, depending on company policies and client needs.
